Kylian Mbappe Out of PSG Squad, Future at Club in Doubt

Kylian Mbappe has been left out of Paris Saint-Germain's pre-season tour in Japan, as the club's ongoing contract saga with the French Forward continues.

Mbappe, who has one year left on his current deal, has been linked with a move to Real Madrid for several years. The Spanish club reportedly made a €200 million offer for the 24-year-old in the summer of 2021, but PSG refused to sell with the hope of keeping the star man for a long time.

This summer, Mbappe has again been tipped to leave PSG. He has reportedly told the club that he does not want to sign a new contract, and he could leave for free next summer.

PSG have been reluctant to sell Mbappe this summer, but they appear to be running out of patience. The club have now left him out of their pre-season tour, and they are reportedly willing to sell him if they receive a suitable offer from any club, the club suspect Mbappe already has a verbal agreement to join Real Madrid on a free transfer in 2024.

Mbappe's future at PSG is now in doubt. It remains to be seen whether he will sign a new contract or leave the club for free next summer.
