Napoli president, Aurelio De Laurentiis, says only Paris Saint-Germain has the financial strength to move Victor Osimhen away from the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona this summer, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

The striker has been linked with a move away from Napoli this summer, after spearheading their first title success in 33 years last season.

But De Laurentiis earlier in the week announced that the Nigerian would be staying put at Napoli unless a ‘more than indecent proposal’ is offered for the 24-year-old.

According to several reports, Napoli values Osimhen at €150m and no club is at present ready to meet that asking cost. De Laurentiis has set his valuation of the striker considerably higher and claims that main PSG has the monetary solidarity to sign the player, excluding different admirers like Chelsea, Manchester United, and Real Madrid, who have all been connected with the forward.

"The main club that could manage the cost of Victor Osimhen is Paris Saint-Germain," De Laurentiis told Mediaset.“We will wait and see what happens if (PSG president) Nasser Al Khelaifi wants to submit a bid of approximately €200 million. I hope that Victor will remain here."

Osimhen scored 26 goals and made five assists in 32 league appearances last season, which was crucial to the Partenopei winning the Serie A title for the first time in over three decades,He also became the first African to claim the prestigious Capocannoniere award, given to the top scorer in Serie A.

Osimhen is expected to return to pre-season training on July 19
